It’s a wonderful effort by Mr. Mihir, well prepared in detail for an average engineer to understand and work effective on all the various oil & gas and petrochemical process requirements, the Mihir’s process engineers hand book is a wonderful piece of work, with the sample calculations and the problems given, this will be definitely a piece of work that many generation of engineers will benefit.

I am a professional engineer with 30 years of process experience. Thr books are quite useful. They have much in the way of the Rules of Thumb book for chemical engineers. Some of the information on Thermo are repetitive and covered well elsewhere. The good parts are the explanation of differences in equipment types and the mindset of chemical process design which can take years to acquire otherwise. I recommend the series. The encrypted PDFs are difficult to handle and make it hard to read the volumes but it’s protected so it is what it is.
