Domestic Return/Refund Policy (For Indian Customers)
If pendrive is damaged or not working. It is required to check by our support team. Return is applicable only for Indian customers.
Customer has 3 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or via NEFT.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
International Return/Refund Policy (For Foreign Customers)
If pendrive is damaged or not working. It is not returnable/replaceable. It is required to check by our support team. And we shall replace it with Direct Download.
If pendrive is not dispatched from our end and order is cancelled, we do refund via paypal within 3 days.
Since pendrive are not returnable/replaceable. But in case if it is not working or damaged. It can be replaced with Direct Download.
For Direct Download if activation code is not used. We refund within 3 days.
