Purpose: This template calculates pressure drop for liquid service pipelines by 2K or 3K method.

How to use Hydraulic Calculation Sheet for Liquid Line Size / Pressure Drop Calculation:

1. In Excel sheet named “Line Sizing” is main sheet for Input & result combined
2. Input value in yellow colored cells only
3. Output / Result are obtained in white cell ( Do not touch this cell-as its Protected)
4. Summary of Hydraulic calculation can be writtenable in separate excel sheet named “Summary of Hydr.Calc.”
5. you can also check the Hydraulic Calculation by applying “Checklist” to the Calculation. i.e. Basis, assumption, Data source, Project name, P&ID, Plot plan.
6. For Fittings category containing Expander & Reducer only, the ID is calculated based on average schedule, represented by XS.
