Return/Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
Refund Eligibility Criteria: Application not working on user windows computer.
Refund Rejection: User has not read the product description and purchased for MAC or Company Restricted Laptop. We cannot help in this matter as we have clearly mentioned details on the product page.
Deductions:
- Handbook: 10% deduction for payment gateway fee & license cancellation. If it includes excel-sheets, its amount will be deducted.
- Advance Course: 10% deduction for payment gateway & license cancellation. And western-union money transfer charges at actuals).
Non Refundable Product: Excelsheets templates i.e. Volume 3 are non-refundable.
Refund payments to non-Indian customers takes about 10 days to initiate refund, since India paypal account does not hold US Dollars in account. Author has to transfer it via money-transfer services.
