4. Damages
If you received your order (pendrive) damaged, please contact our support team to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

2. Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Tracking details is provided in about 4 days since we ship through Nationwide and then it is internally passed through DHL or UPS or some other. Then only airway bill no. and tracking detail is provided.

Pendrives are not returnable. But in case if it is damaged. It can be replaced with Direct Download with an additional cost of $10.
